Hello there and welcome to my site. I am an Australian based painter, printmaker and mixed media artist. I was born in Norway, raised in Adelaide but now I reside in mutlicultural Melbourne.

My art work is interpretive and modern combining textures, patterns and intense colours to create responses to my environment and memory. Colour is dripped, sprayed, scraped and splashed onto the canvas and then blocked out with bold whites and muted colours to create the final image. There are recurring themes such as people, flora and fauna and buildings that emerge from my work.
